Ash Larutte 

Ash Larutte is the eldest son of the Alric, King of Larutte. He grew up with the best best teachers, a loving mother and father with the best of intentions. Ash having always been fascinated by the legends of the heroes of the past, prefers action to the boredom of diplomacy. In fact, it is Ash's reverence for the heroes of old and his drive to take action that compels Ash to journey North to face the dragon plaguing his people. A choice that will not only test Ash's ability as a warrior, but his entire world as he knows it. 

Farrah

A beautiful red-haired thief fleeing the southern Kingdom of Hylaea. She meets and robs Prince Ash on the roads just outside the Kingdom of Larutte. But, why would a thief be dressed like an Emerald Sister, especially since impersonating an Emerald Sister is a capital crime throughout the Emerald Isles?

Marric

A Master Cleric within the Order of Clerics, Marric is Prince Ash's childhood friend. Many nights these two would sneak away and tell each other ghost stories and more importantly the tales of the heroes of the past. It's no surprise that Marric, knowing uses Ash's love of heroic exploits to enlist his help in acquiring the heart of the dragon attacking the people of Larutte. 

Euan

Euan quite literally comes and goes with the wind. A whimsical, brash, and incredibly wise young boy, he seems to in fact know far too much for anyone of his age. He has no love for royalty or status, as can be seen upon his first encounter with Ash in the northern lands of Larutte.
